Teamwork brings ideas together
On weekdays we are usually working with our customers, but when we meet with our Codeo workmates, we feel like being in our own crowd. There we can talk “coder to coder”. Everybody is interested about new technologies and our business. Codeo’s own team is one of the best reasons to come to work with us, in addition to other good things.
We meet once a month when we organise work-together days. On those days, we grab our laptops and we work remotely in varying locations, which we choose depending on the mood and the season. Proposing things to do together is more than welcome!
